To mark this important milestone in the company\u2019s history Yamato Scale Dataweigh UK has revisited its core values, realigning its business to ensure that exemplary customer service is at the heart of everything that it does.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=&#8221;7411&#8243; alt=&#8221;Customer servbice is core value at Yamato&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The process started late last year with the appointment of Mr Chun Ha as Yamato Scale\u2019s new managing director. With over 20 years\u2019 experience Chun Ha implemented a new customer-focused management style.<\/p>\n<p>Mr Ha reviewed Yamato\u2019s existing processes from a new perspective and introduced new structures and processes to enhance manufacturing and the customer experience. The root and branch re-evaluation included reviewing and amending pricing of machines, spares and services, and introducing new products to create new target areas for Yamato.<\/p>\n<p>Because Yamato is a family-owned company, family values are an important aspect of the way it operates. Customer care comes first.<\/p>\n<p>Yamato commercial operations manager Andrea Spencer said: \u201cCustomers can speak directly to the management team if they have an issue.
